WELCOME! I'm April and I work as a multi-disciplinary practitioner grounded in a somatic, relational, and trauma-informed approach to healing.

The foundation of my practice includes the combination of Somatic Experiencing, Dynamic Attachment Reapatterning Experiences (DARe), Inner Relationship Focusing and Yoga Therapy.

I offer sessions online and outdoors in Lambertville, NJ and Erwinna, Pa.
