April has been in private practice using body-based modalities for healing trauma and fostering wellness for over 12 years. She is currently seeing clients online and outdoors for somatic eco therapy sessions in Lambertville, NJ. She primarily utilizes yoga therapy, trauma-informed yoga, somatic experiencing, and embodied mindfulness practices to support her clients in reaching their goals.

Her expertise in body-based modalities is complemented by her training as a school psychologist. April employs a deep understanding of child development, mental health in the context of the families and systems, and how people learn best.  

In addition to working with clients one-on-one, April is a facilitator for Bodywise Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to trauma recovery through the body, and facilitates trainings on trauma-informed yoga.

April offers sessions on a sliding fee scale for both in-person and online sessions.
