Welcome. My name is Amber. I am an Occupational Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. It is my intention to help you connect with your body, your sense of aliveness, and what brings you joy. Sometimes, this means working on the things that are holding us back, such as past trauma, and sometimes this means moving towards more connection and presence. Or in many cases, both.

My focus and interest throughout my career is and has always been trauma. As an OT, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people in their journey of healing trauma and re-engaging in life. I have supported individuals in healing from workplace trauma, first responder & military trauma, medical trauma, birth trauma, and sexual trauma, among others. My passion is helping women reconnect with their bodies and sense of vitality following sexual trauma, boundary violations, medical trauma, and childbirth trauma.

Despite trauma, we can endure, and find our way back to the heart.
