SE™ INTERNATIONAL PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY

Amy B. Bjorkman

Licensed Psychologist

I am a Licensed Psychologist, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and breathwork facilitator with over 22 years of experience helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm. My work integrates somatic experiencing, attachment repair, and nervous system regulation with a compassionate, direct approach that supports deep, sustainable change. I have also completed all four modules of the DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience) training.

In addition to offering beginning-level personal SE sessions, I am a provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol and Rest and Restore Protocol, and a Unyte-endorsed mentor for both listening programs. I am also a clinical supervisor in my group practice, Mind Body Healing Collective, where I offer a range of holistic trauma recovery services including breathwork, trauma therapy intensives, groups, and workshops.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and at home in their bodies while supporting practitioners in growing their own skill and confidence.
