For over 30 years, Amy has been providing body-oriented psychotherapy in private practice in Arizona, Wisconsin and Illinois. She currently loves helping creative adults who are struggling with intense fear and anxiety in their everyday lives and their feelings of unworthiness as a result of childhood and adult physical and emotional relational abuse. Amy's work has been called a "blend of practicality and spirituality." She is currently training to become a priest in the Rinzai zen lineage of zen Buddhism and a spiritual director through Wisdoms' Way school of Spiritual Direction. Her work focuses on helping her clients develop tools and practices to overcome attachment wounds and remove the blocks to becoming more fully themselves. As a Jungian analyst, Amy incorporates working with the whispers from the unconscious through dreams and symbols into her healing work. She welcomes new clients and currently is seeing clients online only. She has found zoom to be a wonderful format for developing a deeply healing resonance with others.
