If you’re feeling S.A.D – Stressed-out / Anxious/ maybe even Depressed

You feel you might need help getting back to enjoying life, or even just getting out of bed?

Maybe you’re feeling disoriented or dissociated. Stuck and feel unsafe? Have you lost your connection to your intuition and creativity?

We can heal that 🙂

For over 29 years, I’ve been helping creative people step into and embrace their zone of genuine power, including some famous names that for obvious reasons I don’t share.

I can help you get your life back on track for the success and joy you want (whether you are just starting out as an entertainer or already being hunted down by paparazzi).

What does it feel like to work with me and what kind of process can you expect?
Each of us has the same nervous system, however, everybody has a unique process for regulating and maintaining their system. Together we will explore what is in resonance  for your highest and best good.

Whether you've experienced developmental (relational) or shock trauma, nervous system disregulation  is not life sentence. As a survivor of childhood neglect I grok what it is like to have unmet needs and feel helpless. Liberation is possible and magic is real! Yes, my practice is both quantitative and qualitative.

Most clients call me the queen of integration and/or the guardian at the gate of overwhelm (as to help guide beyond it and into the land of peace and back to the Self).

Inquire about small group therapy sessions  if you'd like to heal in an intimate community setting. You are not alone, either one-one or small group settings (online & in person) are available.

Intimate retreats  are also customized one-one or small groups. Ask to be added to a waitlist.
