Amy is licensed as both a dietitian and a therapist, specializing in the treatment of disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, and related disturbances as well as trauma, complex PTSD, and PTSD. She runs a group practice in South Carolina, New Hope Counseling and Wellness Center, LLC. The practice offers both in-person and virtual sessions. She came to SE after finding her own frustrations with other trauma modalities. Amy finds that SE is the missing piece that brings relief to so many individuals that have continued to feel recovery is out of reach.
