SE™ INTERNATIONAL PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY

Amy Bernstein

Body-oriented Psychotherapist

My work is rooted in helping people live fuller, less worried lives. I draw from my studies in body-oriented trauma treatment methods, psychedelic harm reduction and integration therapy, interpersonal psychodynamic theory and practice, and in-the-moment mindful-awareness to help facilitate insight and healing. My style is authentic, collaborative, warm, curious, and straightforward.

I work with adults who are recovering from early life complex trauma, eating disorders and addictions, and other life interfering behaviors. I also specialize in helping folks integrate non-ordinary states of consciousness, navigate the intersection of spirituality and psychology, as well as psychedelic-related traumas, crisis, or harm.

I am approved to provide personal sessions to trainees in SE in their beginning year. I provide these sessions at a reduced rate, if needed.
