My approach to providing a healing space is informed by multiple therapeutic modalities, as well as a background in clinical psychology research. I am passionate about supporting clients with a full spectrum of lived experience: from the physical, emotional and mental to the transpersonal and spiritual dimensions. All of you is welcome.
Although I have trained in, and practice, multiple therapeutic modalities, I feel that adding Somatic Experience to my toolbox enabled me to work with past traumatic experiences and other stress-related patterns in a more precise way. It also validated some of my observations from prior experience as a therapist and gave me a conceptual framework that brought everything together. As such, I am passionate about SE.
As I strongly believe in a collaborative approach to sessions, I aim to provide clients with skills and practices to implement in their daily life, gradually building their own sense of resilience and resourcefulness. While I will be your guide in the therapeutic process, it is a two-way process and depending on your preferences and needs, we can combine different modalities, often within one session.
In addition to having my therapy practice, I also teach at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Oxford.
I offer a combination of online sessions and in person sessions in Central London.
