My approach is grounded in somatic or body-based interventions (Somatic Experiencing, trauma-informed yoga). By working through the body and nervous system, it’s possible to restore personal power and safety. Our work together will promote flexibility and resilience to face life’s difficulties while building capacity to experience joy and connection.
