I have been practicing for over 15 years and have had the privilege to journey alongside many individuals who triumphantly transform their individual, social and collective trauma. I am deeply committed to my own healing journey and view this as integral to being an embodied psychotherapist who shows up with presence, resonance and humility. I practice using somatic, expressive and relational processes to amplify healing in its multi/intergenerational forms. A trauma informed, attachment-focused and social justice lens is what I refer to as heart-sight!
