Anne K. Eckman, LCSW-C, PhD

Anne K. Eckman is a DC-based mental health professional. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Chicago and is licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia and is a Board Approved Supervisor in the state of Maryland. Along with being a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), she is an EMDR-certified clinician and certified in perinatal mental health. Anne brings her advanced training in these modalities, along with her warm, gentle presence, to support clients to nurture their mind-body connection for sustained well-being. She has over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, both as a direct service provider as well as providing trainings, supervision and consultation to individuals and organizations.
