Anne is a psychotherapist, consultant, and teacher who works with the body, mind, and emotional intelligences. She works especially with an attention to liberation & power; when we are in our power or when we are perpetuating power over dynamics.

Anne is approved for PERSONAL SESSIONS through Advanced level and CONSULT SESSIONS through Beginner level.

She supports individuals and relationships towards peace and connection. Anne is a teacher of Dr. Leticia Nieto’s, Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment: A Developmental Strategy to Liberate Everyone and Dr. Stephen Porge’s, Polyvagal Theory. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

Anne was born, raised, and lives in Seattle, WA; the traditional lands of the Salish and Duwamish peoples.

Anne has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1997. Prior to her work as a psychotherapist, she worked in social services, particularly in the domestic violence and sexual assault field. She has worked with organizations by and for people who are Deaf and DeafBlind and is conversationally fluent in American Sign Language.
