I am a seeker and student: of life. To me, ‘Self’ level InnerWork is key for navigating the inner and outer demands of life.
MY PRAXIS
I facilitate trauma-informed InnerWork by integrating the manifestations of psyche and soma, while keeping ears to the manifestations of the spirit. I work with legal adults in country of residence capable of giving informed consent. In my praxis, on the mutually agreed upon frame, I support:
Individuals
- offer re-negotiation of trauma, grief, loss, crises, and life challenges.
- work with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, and heightened sensory-emotional states.
- explore dreams & nightmares, body symptoms, illness, addictive tendencies.
- facilitate exploration of childhood & developmental challenges, ancestral patterns, and inter-generational trauma.
- assist anchoring during life transitions, and spiritual/religious/existential crises.
- enable unfolding of life purpose, soul calling, personal life myth, and the individuation path.
Relational
- undertake relationship therapy and couples counselling to those in various relationship states (entering, conflict, leaving).
Indic Civilisational
- work with Hindu inter-generational trauma: examining personal & social agency for the marginalised, persecuted, and exiled / dispossessed, and traumatised on account of Hinduphobia towards Sanãtana faith & identity.
SESSIONS
- I work primarily in English and Hindi, with a limited possibility of Gujarati, Italian and French.
