Each of us are born with the need to feel safe, connected, and deeply alive. Experiences of overwhelm and loss can leave us unmoored, without a sense of "home" in ourselves or with others. My work over the last ten years has centered on supporting healing in these core places.
I offer therapy and coaching informed by the lenses of neurobiology, parts work, and attachment theory. Through this work, I invite my clients into relationship with their whole selves - mind, body, spirit - toward the recovery of resilience, power, and connection.
I've worked with individuals in the areas of anxiety, depression, nervous system regulation, sexuality, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and exploring spirituality. I've worked with partners at all stages of relationship, from the earliest days to the entrenched conflicts of many years together. I have a particular love for supporting folks in the transition to parenthood and partners seeking transformation in their sexual connection.
I hold deep reverence for the intersecting identities each of us move within and recognize the impacts of systems of oppression on all aspects of well-being and mental health. I view individual and collective healing as interconnected, centering this lens as I engage with my clients, my community, and myself.
My counseling practice serves individuals and couples via telehealth in South Carolina and both in-person and telehealth in North Carolina.
