Bianca Baciu

I am a somatic therapist, educator, and Reiki Master, and hold a Doctorate in classical piano performance. With over twenty years of experience in trauma healing, I have created unique trauma-attuned somatic models to facilitate stress and trauma renegotiation for youth and adults.

My professional background brings together Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Parts Work, Body Mapping, Body - Mind Centering®, Applied Polyvagal Theory, Transforming Touch® and other somatic and sound-based models. I have completed advanced developmental trauma training with Kathy Kain, developmental trauma-attuned touch work with Stephen Terrell, advanced relational trauma, and out-of-body/near-death experience training with Dave Berger.

Our experiential sessions will offer rich journeys towards enhanced neuroception, transformation and healing.

Drawing on knowledge, history and curiosity, I have developed new playgrounds within well-established structures, such as Conditioning for Performing Artists™, a model that offers somatic practices for healthy flow, efficient movement, injury prevention and trauma healing for performers and Vision Somatics™, a healing model that draws on Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Parts Work, Jungian psychology, archetype study, and eye work. Archetype study as a self-inquiry tool has deep potential to bring forth elements of the collective unconscious that are relevant to one's healing journey, especially when it comes to non-verbal trauma.
