With an orientation towards holistic health, I combine body-based psychology methods and advanced neurological and clinical bodywork approaches to help you resolve physical/emotional pain and trauma.

Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Classes:
Since 2001 I have been teaching weekly Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Classes are designed to help you to maintain, enhance and develop the gains you make through individual therapy.
My classes combine Feldenkrais Movement with Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Hakomi somatic orienting exploration as well as influence from my back ground in martial arts, music and theater.
Feldenkrais (ATM) classes teach participants how to use mindfulness and somatic tracking to help them align and connect more deeply with their Body and Mind and the Brains connection to the way we think and experience our body movements and perception of our selfs.
Feldenkrais (ATM) classes quickly establishing positive Body/Mind transformation to deeper self awareness, increased structural stability and integrity, reduces chronic pain and orient you towards the safety and comfort available in the present moment.
