Hi, I am Bri, founder of Ascend - a bio-energetic and spiritual journey to helping people feel light and free in their body and in their life.

I have been studying healing for over 20 years now & have been in private practice since 2009. My personal journey of self-healing led me down a path studying multiple forms of bodywork, spiritual & energetic healing, psychology, art therapy, breathwork & trauma resolution. I believe that anyone can heal and transform! That we all are capable and worthy of feeling deeply alive, at peace, whole, happy and free. No matter how impossibly stuck you may feel.

Healing is magically fluid and it is also a science that has specific medicines, right timing and right conditions. And when these are in place, healing and transformation occurs naturally.

I have particular interest in adults who endured childhood surgeries: how the traumatic stress of these experiences affected them developmentally, how they are more vulnerable to specific types of traumas and how this is negatively keeping them stuck in dysfunctional patterns that impede adulthood.
