I am an LCSW in Oregon and an LICSW in Washington. I have 20 years of experience as a clinician and have worked in many different settings. My office is located now in Portland, OR and I see clients both virtually and in person in Oregon and Washington.  I identify as a mixed Latina. I have been trained psychodynamically and in a variety of therapeutic models through the years. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), Somatic Experiencing (SEP), Psychodynamic, Whole Brain Child, ARISE intervention model and Motivational Interviewing. I have specialized in trauma focused and trauma informed care with all ages.
