Hi. If you are in training to become and SEP, I am an approved Beginning Level Session Provider.

I want to commend you on taking the first step in this journey and I am honored to walk this path with you. It takes courage to look at yourself and explore patterns that have not been working for you and challenging yourself to create new patterns for your future. My practice is in helping people change ineffective relationship patterns and help the nervous system towards regulation. I encourage all clients to get to the core of the underlying issues, while focusing on new ways of living. I believe in helping you get in touch with your body and emotions in a gentle way, so that you can manage symptoms and enjoy a more peaceful, joyful, and balanced life.

Since every client is unique, the therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet your needs, with Somatic Experiencing at the foundation of what I do. I also incorporate other modalities as needed, such as EMDR, IFS/innerchild work, and EFT. My hope for every client is that they walk into my office and feel seen and heard. Whether you are new to therapy or have been in therapy before, it takes bravery to be vulnerable, and I want to help make that process a little less intimidating.

Creating an environment of safety and connection is important to me. In working with me, clients will experience compassion and empathy, along with small encouragements to continue to move forward. I consider it an honor to be able to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing.
