I am a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), as well as certified in NARM® for the resolution of complex and developmental trauma. I have also undergone advanced training through SE Master Classes with Peter Levine, at the NARM Master & Post-Masters levels with Laurence Heller, and in numerous specialized trainings with Kathy Kain.
I am also an ordained rabbi, authorized Buddhist (or "Dharma") teacher, and mindfulness instructor. I hold a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the Rabbinical College of America, and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Before moving to South Florida and shifting paths toward trauma healing and contemplative practice, I worked as a federal prosecutor with U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC.
My private practice offers individualized support in managing stress and trauma, developing emotional regulation, and cultivating embodied mindfulness.
