Gilbert Chiu Wai Tsang

Gilbert is a registered physiotherapist. His curiosity and the mind body mystery lead him into the journey of Craniosacral Therapy, Osteopathy, spiritual practice, martial arts, mindfulness, somatics and body oriented psychotherapy.

He is now in private practice, helping people ranging from new born to 100+ year old, and also pregnant mums with the new soul in their bodies. Inspired by Dr John Upledger, he trusts there's an innate wisdom inside the human body. By incorporating teachings from Craniosacral Therapy, Biodynamic Cranial Touch, Somatic Experiencing, Bodynamic Somatic Psychotherapy and analysis, he helps his clients lessen their suffering not only physically but also improve the whole well being. Helping people connect to their true nature is one of his goal.

He likes Tai Chi, Zhang Zhuang, meditation, somatic practice like Feldenkrais method and Alexander Technique and self-inquiry. He also enjoys to be in nature and photography is his hobby too. He lives in a busy city with his wife and son.
