I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and have been assisting Dr. Peter Levine, the founder of Somatic Experiencing in several of his trainings and retreats including the ‘Eye of The Needle’ Master classes. In some of Peter’s trainings, I have been invited to lead participants to ground, stabilize and settle their Nervous Systems through Embodied, Trauma informed Qigong movements. I have also been assisting several renowned facilitators in Somatic Experiencing Trainings. I offer therapy sessions to individuals and provides case consults to SE students across the Globe. I work extensively with sexual abuse, and sexual trauma for all genders. I often use Transforming Touch@ ( Transforming the Experience Based Brain), developed by Dr. Stephen Terell, that addresses Developmental Trauma and aims at building Nervous system regulation and resilience.

My spiritual journey began more than 25 years ago with tai chi chuan, zen, qigong,vipassana, yoga, counselling, NLP, Gestalt Therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, traditional Chinese as well as ayurvedic acupressure and Systemic Family Constellation.

For over two and a half decades, I have been teaching tai chi chuan and qigong. I conduct Taichi, Qigong and Trauma-informed Embodiment movements for individuals and organisations.

I work with adults, adolescents, children, and pets, and it has been cherishing my amazing life journey. 

Focused on clients’ autonomy in their journey to wellness and health, I encourage clients to be curious, explore, access, and ease their body through spontaneous movements, qigong healing sounds, touch, self-touch, boundary, and embodiment movements.

My other joys and passions include hiking and being with my dog, swimming, reading, music, marvelling at nature, traveling, gardening, cooking, intercultural and sustainable initiatives, and having meaningful exchanges with wonderful people across the globe!

I am qualified a SEP to provide personal sessions for credit at all levels  (Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels) and a case consult provider at the Beginning and Intermediate levels.
