I work from a holistic, individualized perspective that includes nondual spirituality, transpersonal psychology, Transforming Touch, Somatic Experiencing (and supportive touch), PPN, developmental and attachment dynamics, systems theory, movement, the Divine Feminine and mindfulness.

My goal is to support others to reawaken to their connection to their wholeness. I currently serve individuals, couples, and teens. I also provide meditation coaching/instruction for individuals and groups, group classes for managing emotions through somatic techniques, spiritual coaching, and guided self-inquiry, as well as support for kundalini/plant medicine openings leading to energetic phenomena and distress.

Some of the trainings and influences on my development and that continue to inform the work I do with others include: SE, ISP, BCST, nondual perspectives, Jungian perspectives, TEB, BASE, DARE, Eye of the Needle, Peter Levine trainings on Shame/developmental rhythms/sexual trauma, EMDR, EFT, Jamie Sams, Dave Berger, Abi Blakeslee, Twig Wheeler and others.
