I work from a holistic perspective that includes nondual spirituality, transpersonal psychology, EMDR, touch, Somatic Experiencing, schema work, attachment dynamics, movement, attention to nutritional status,  and/or mindfulness. I serve individuals, couples, and teens. I also provide meditation coaching/instruction, spiritual coaching, and guided self-inquiry, as well as support for kundalini/energetic phenomena.
