Hi, I’m Danielle. 

I help people go from trauma to transformation, stuckness to success, overwhelm to overjoy, apathetic to awakened.

Somatic Experiencing® is the foundation of my work. Most trauma impacts our mind, body and the spirit and that’s why I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS), spiritual practices, and quantum-level energy work. When combined together, they are incredibly powerful at addressing any challenge, reaching places that just one modality can’t.

My benchmark of success is resilience. To me, that means as a result of our work together you’ll perform at a high level even when you hit obstacles that previously would have derailed you. I’m going to help uncover your true self and highest potential.

After a few sessions, you’ll have the strategy for overcoming pain, fear, stress and stuckness. You’ll have a clearer sense of direction and feel more empowered and whole. When your internal systems improve, your external world improves. That means better relationships romantically and with family, co-workers, or clients. And less self-sabotage when opportunities come your way. 

Over the past 17 years, I’ve developed and refined an approach that combines deep therapy and performance coaching. I’ve worked with CEO’s, entrepreneurs, parents, athletes, people planning a second career, and retirees. What they all have in common is the will to grow and move forward. 

This is a specialized approach that is designed for lasting results that can be reached relatively quickly. Other therapists come to train with me after hearing about my results. My rates are a reflection of my expertise and experience and my clients are people who want the most qualified, not the cheapest.

We’ll get to know each other on a complimentary 30 minute Zoom call to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll ask about your goals and share a roadmap for how we would work together. 

All sessions are virtual, via Zoom. I work with people all over the world - timezone dependent.
