Insight and healing are facilitated through the interweave of the mind-body connection. A combination of Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Experiencing Touch, EMDR and psychodynamically informed psychotherapy are all ways that we can work together in individual sessions, and are used in your treatment based on your individual needs. I offer group psychotherapy with somatic awareness, a powerful method that creates and enhances ability to accept support and deepen self-awareness.Given the serious and profound nature of the work we do, I also highly value a sense of humor when appropriate in our sessions!
