As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and movement teacher, I offer this healing work as someone who has tried it all. After repatterning my nervous system through Somatic Experiencing, I finally feel relaxed, open, and confident in my own skin. And you can too.
I provide a comfortable and safe environment that encourages learning your own nervous system and postural patterns. Integrating healthy movement, Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness techniques, we will work with those patterns to support healing, ease, and freedom from chronic anxiety, depression, and overwhelm that comes from unresolved trauma. My intention is to empower clients to find self-awareness, self-love, and ultimately a feeling of greater ease in their own skin in order to live full, rich, and meaningful lives.

History:
As someone who has suffered from anxiety, depression, hopelessness, grief, and medical and emotional trauma and tried every possible treatment from medical to alternative, I serve individuals like me who have tried everything and are ready to feel different. When I found Somatic Therapy I was wallowing in debilitating anxiety and grief after the death of my mom. Somatic Therapy was the key to bringing all of the other healing work I was doing to fruition.
