Practicing healing arts since 2010, I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW #73917), Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. In sessions, I combine the finest in current evidence-based treatments with time-tested traditional healing practices, including mindfulness, breathing techniques and yoga. I believe that without mindful awareness of emotions, it is difficult to move through and process them. Oftentimes, a first step in healing is building our capacity to tolerate the discomfort of painful emotions.
