As a somatic healing and empowerment facilitator I guide adults back home to themselves. Through the approach of Somatic Experiencing and my background as an empowerment coach, I invite people to reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom so they can heal from trauma, restore their vital rhythms, and embody their authentic Self. I also support people in finding their own answers and fulfilling their deepest intentions. I offer one-on-one sessions, small groups, and workshops——both in-person and online.
