For over 30 years, Erica has been in private practice helping people integrate and heal their spirit-body-heart-mind. Her practice encompasses innovative trauma therapies including SE (certified since 2000) and DARe (attachment injuries); body-centered counseling; spiritual guidance/support; therapeutic and process-oriented bodywork; functional nutrition with sub-specialties in nutritional mood support, methylation nutrigenomics and "biosleuthing"; and lots of client education--interwoven as needed/appropriate to foster deep healing, empowerment and growth.

Erica is a Naqqib (master teacher) in the Shadhiliyya Sufi tradition, an NTA certified Functional Nutritional Therapist, and has further background as a dancer, gymnast, anatomy, physiology and pathology instructor, and health educator. She holds a multi-disciplinary BA in Holistic Healing from Oberlin College and a Masters of Divinity (M.Div) in Ministry, from the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. Deeply compassionate and reassuring, her love is assisting her clients in finding their most true, authentic and connected Self.

Approved by the SE Trauma Institute to provide required sessions to first year SE students and assist with trainings.  Works with adults, teens and couples.
