For over 29 years, Erica has been in private practice helping people integrate and heal their spirit-body-heart-mind. Her practice encompasses innovative trauma therapies (certified in S.E. since 2000); body-centered counseling; spiritual guidance; Sufi healing techniques; therapeutic and process-oriented bodywork; nutritional therapy with sub-specialties in nutritional mood support and "biosleuthing"; and lots of client education--interwoven as needed to foster deep healing, empowerment and growth.

Erica is a Naqqib (Teacher) in the Shadhiliyya Sufi tradition, an NTA certified Functional Nutritional Therapist, and has further background as a dancer, gymnast, anatomy, physiology and pathology instructor, and health educator. She holds a multi-disciplinary BA in Holistic Healing from Oberlin College and a Masters of Divinity (M.Div) in Ministry, from the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. Deeply compassionate and reassuring, her love is assisting her clients in finding their most true, authentic and connected Self.
