I am a certified SEP through this organization (Somatic Experiencing International) with a background in Craniosacral, Somatic embodiment, Reiki, Acupressure, Advaita Vedanta mindfulness, Post Traumatic Growth and Attachment, and other hands on bodywork modalities.
