I help clients restore balance in the midst of stress and trauma by supporting the nervous system’s natural capacity to regulate, heal, and reconnect through the body.
**About Me**
Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by past or ongoing stress. Together, we create space for the body’s natural capacity to heal, reconnect, and build resilience to unfold at its own pace.
My path into this work has been shaped by an artistic practice developed during my Fine Art studies in London and New York, further training in yoga, sexological bodywork, and embodied social justice, and my experiences moving in and with queer community. I was drawn to Somatic Experiencing because I deeply appreciate the open format: it allows us to give the body space and see what wants to emerge. To deepen my understanding of developmental themes, I am currently training in Bodynamic, which I enjoy very much and look forward to integrating into my practice.
In addition to individual therapy, I also offer group sessions that address some of the collective stress we face today. These sessions are not therapeutic in format; they are designed for people who feel resourced enough to also make space for others when asked.
Most of the people who tend to find me are trans, queer, gay, people of colour, and neurodivergent folks. You are also very welcome if you are white, straight, and/or neurotypical.
As a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie I am allowed to welcome anybody with mild to moderate symptoms. Symptoms I cannot address include severe mental health conditions that require psychiatric or medical treatment, such as suicidal thoughts or attempts, self-harming behavior, severe depression with inability to manage daily life, acute psychosis, hallucinations, strong uncontrollable impulses, and active substance addiction.
**Approach**
In our work together, we aim to restore and strengthen the functions of your autonomic nervous system. These include accessing emotions, setting boundaries, and having access to the here and now.
While conventional conversations are the main format, it is not just the brain guiding them: emotions, body sensations, and impulses also shape what emerges. Touch and movement can be included, if you wish. This way, therapy becomes not only a space for insight but also for embodied change—helping you meet life with more resilience, choice, and presence.
