my work is shaped by the experiences i gathered while growing up in bavaria, living in london, new york city, and berlin, studying fine art, sexological bodywork, and somatic experiencing, receiving my german license as heilpraktiker for psychotherapy, attempting to study yoga and meditation, reconnecting to my iranian roots and my trans identity, moving in radical faerie and bipoc community, witnessing the Black Lives Matter movement, gay capitalism, tech journalism, and navigating whiteness.

central questions that have guided and continue to guide me are: what have we experienced in the past and how does it shape us today? where are we now and what is happening? what emerges when we come together? where do we want to go from here?

while my own professional life is still evolving i currently offer individual sessions and facilitate group processes as a somatic coach and trauma therapist.
