I'm an SEP bodyworker and educator. I use a combination of skilled touch (when in person), attention, movement, and dialogue in a collaborative approach that prioritizes safety, awareness, connection, and skill-building that is unique to each person. From this platform of well-supported safety and regulation, the embodied healing, integration, and repair can happen. As a result, greater health, less pain, better sleep + digestion, easier relationships, more agency can flow.
SE sessions may include seated or table work depending on what's appropriate for the client.
I'm an approved SE beginning session provider. I'm an SE Assistant in trainings and for Kathy Kain.
