Hello, I'm Eva, the creator of the BEAM LiFE Process, a combination of SE, EmRes Emotional Resolution, NVW coaching, Kathy Kane touch work, and many other modalities.

I specialize in a Body-Centered approach to Healing symptoms from Trauma, like Anxiety, Depression, Addictive Behaviors, all of what I have experienced myself. I help you Release Anxiety, Resolve Depression, and let go of old habits and behaviors that keep you stuck.

My goal is that you will eventually not need my services. You will have learned and developed the clarity to know what you want, confidence to do what it takes, and the courage to BE...You!

I teach you how to get Un-Stuck and connect fully with your Self, bringing you relief from your troubled past—all without having to relive your story. Actually, you don’t even have to tell your story. The process works either way. This is a gentle and effective process that leaves you feeling safe and competent.

By creating Small Shifts in your daily life you learn skills in understanding and managing feelings, sensations, and emotions. You COME ALIVE—often for the first time!

BEAM LiFE has been an instrumental process for people on the Autism Spectrum who want to get out of their isolation, develop self-esteem, and enjoy social ease and comfort.
