It's not easy being human right now, right? Between Covid isolation, racial & economic challenges & more, we're all trying to restore some balance. Please know, I'm here to help! I offer a combination of weekly/biweekly somatic life coaching support, couples coaching & education about using mindfulness & somatic/nervous system regulation to help support doing for us what often, traditional talk therapy has failed to do. I see adults & couples in New. York, throughout the U.S., & from all over the world. I use an intersectional, supportive, holistic antiracism lens rooted in Indigenous & eastern approaches to healing.

If you're stressed, feeling isolated, feeling low, or feeling out of balance, we can use integrated approaches to transformation and balance including my certifications and trainings in Brainspotting, Relational Life Couples Therapy, Focusing Oriented Therapy, Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing & Mindfulness Meditation.

Many of us live in the past or the future. We ruminate & regret, or we have anxiety & worry about what may happen next in life. By learning how to regulate your own nervous system &  understanding what "triggers" affect you - you can learn to tolerate life's ups & downs in a new way, with fresh eyes, embodied presence & an open, empowered & courageous heart.
