As an SE Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, Movement Lover, and Esthetician, I offer individuals and groups an opportunity for discovering a deeper connection with mind-body. I use an approach based on my decades of studies involving Yogic philosophy, Somatic Experiencing, Ingram Method Reflexology and Movement Therapy education (Rolf Movement/Feldenkrais, Hatha/Yin Yoga/Restorative Asana, Qi Gong, Breath Practices).

My continuing education involves Thomas Hubl's Teachings/Mystic Cafe Community Member, Ingram Method Reflexology, Himalayan Institute/Yoga International, Feldenkrais and Rolf Movement.

I assist all levels of SE Trainings. I'm currently approved as an SE Beginning Provider and Intermediate Session Provider. My practice is located in Pittsfield, NH (Unceded N'dakinna Ancestral lands of the Abenake, Pennacook & Wabanaki Peoples). I  offer session in-person, via Zoom and FaceTime. My fee is $130.00/hourly with a 48 hour advanced notice cancellation policy.
