I have been a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner since 2007 and I am licensed in both Connecticut and Florida. It has been an honor to witness of others' transformations with Somatic Experiencing.  The process has validated my belief that when one is in better alignment with mind, body and spirit, we are able to give and receive more in all areas of our lives.

I have enjoyed supporting those in recovery who are stable enough to want to heal their challenges underneath their addictions and/ or eating disorders, adoptees, 911 survivors and Veterans as well as the populations below.
