Change is hard and I feel privileged to walk beside my clients as they make the difficult but worthwhile journey towards lasting change. I believe all of my clients are amazing individuals with their own strengths and unique stories to tell. My job is to help my clients feel heard and accepted for who they are, and to empower them to use their strengths to accomplish their goals. I am affirming of all persons, regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.

I offer a trauma-focused and strengths-based approach and have experience working with people of all ages. I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and have specialized training in Somatic Experiencing and Play Therapy. My style is warm and affirming and I use gentle mind-body techniques to help my clients process and resolve trauma, chronic anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, as well as the stressors of normal daily life.
