<p>My role as a therapist is to support and accompany you in your own healing process. Through restoring boundaries, somatic regulation of your nervous system, and an individualised psychoeducation, the process of transformation can be met with more ease, understanding and even curiosity. I offer a safe, warm, and accepting environment, which invites and encourages self-exploration and self-awareness. In my practice, I respect your healing pace and look at your life challenges in not-pathologizing way.</p>
<p>While my approach is individualised, I generally merge Somatic Experiencing with NARM and Emotion Aid. As part of my engagement with you, I will teach you an understanding of Emotion Aid so that you can support yourself outside our meetings.</p>
