I work with a broad range of issues within my practice. These include and are not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, problems with communication and and relationships, health problems, medical trauma, youth and young adult adjustment issues, grief, anger, shame and substance abuse/addiction. I have an unique ability to work with others with complicated issues of loss and trauma. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
I have additional training in Somatic Experiencing including Touch Skills for Trauma Therapists and Somatic Resilience and Regulation: Early Trauma. I believe in incorporating the whole person, mind, body and spirit. My approach is interactive with respect for each individual's unique path to health and healing. I hope to help each person develop new coping skills, a heightened awareness of one's self, and a healthy path to healing unresloved issues of loss and trauma.
