I’m glad you’re here.

I know how scary and uncomfortable it can be to be vulnerable. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for you to begin your healing journey.

I utilize an integrative approach in my work with clients. I use Somatic Experiencing and an attachment-based approach most often but my overall approach will be tailored to fit where you are at in your journey. I believe therapy should never feel like too much. The work we do will match the capacity of your nervous system and grow as you grow.

If you suspect that past experiences are affecting you, you are seeking a deeper connection with yourself and others, or if you’ve tried other types of therapy but haven’t experienced lasting healing, I invite you to reach out. 

I believe the body naturally wants to move towards healing and use this approach through my work with trauma, anxiety, and stress. I am passionate about equipping people to work through past, present, and future challenges and strive to be a peaceful and supportive presence in the process. 

I believe therapy is a place for laughter, tears, connection, and healing.

I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri St. Louis and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri.
I first started my career at a local eating disorder treatment center where I worked at the PHP level of care as a group therapist and individual therapist. I received training in Embodied Recovery (somatic eating disorder training) and began my journey as a somatic therapist. I am now an SEP in private practice at Lamplight Counseling.
