Practice focuses on relational trauma and includes trauma-informed ecotherapy; psychotherapeutic ritual, and Internal Family Systems-informed somatic work.

Some sessions tend to end up being related to increasing the Window of Capacity in order to tolerate and experience more joy.

Also offering auricular acupuncture for emotional regulation and addictions.

In-person location near Dripping Springs (near Austin, TX). I'm located on 4 private acres, so outdoor work is an option. I only offer telehealth if you live out-of-town or have already had a number of in-person sessions or an intensive so that I have an understanding of your nervous system from that perspective (and that you've had a chance to experience mine).

Intensives are available if flying or driving from another city or state; please inquire for details regarding intensives.
