Kristen works with adults to help them cope with and overcome various life struggles. She/they have over 12 years of experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and grief, among other conditions, and concerns of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations. Kristen's aim is to help you increase self-awareness, understanding, acceptance, and overall wellness. If you are struggling with personal doubts or questions, relationships, loss, major life transitions, distressing memories or physical symptoms, general dissatisfaction, the responsibilities of your position, or are just seeking a compassionate ear, please reach out.
As you may have hesitations or fears in considering therapy, any concerns or questions you may have about the process will gladly be addressed. People of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual identities or preferences, abilities, neuro-types, religious or spiritual affiliations, adult ages, and social, economic, and citizenship statuses are warmly invited and welcome.
Kristen is an approved personal session provider at all levels (beginning, intermediate, and advanced) for SE students, and is approved to give beginning level individual consultations.
