I enjoy joining with my clients on their transformative healing journey, and helping them connect with resources increases a sense of confidence and capability. We work together to navigate the perfect storm in your life, deep emotional wounds, or worries about the future. Working with both small and large traumas, PTSD, loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are my focus. We can work together on new ways to resolve a current or on-going issue, overcome anxiety, or find ways to grow into the best version of yourself. It is my goal to create a non-judgmental, honest, and compassionate therapy relationship that helps you to move forward. My sessions frequently incorporate mind-body integration using somatic and mindfulness practices. Tai Chi and meditation may play a role in this therapy as a part of a neuroscience-informed treatment.
