Leslee D. Cook is a Marriage Family Therapist in independent practice with offices in Topanga and Santa Monica, Calif. She believes working holistically with the mind, body and spirit is the most powerful way to heal from the unforeseen traumatic events that occur in all our lives. These symptoms can effectively and rather quickly be resolved through Somatic Experiencing, a gentle body- based therapy that helps re-regulate the nervous system. Leslee is excited and passionate in helping individuals achieve self regulation, an improved self-image and the capacity for relationship while eliminating self-defeating behavioral patterns. She draws upon the her wealth of knowledge, the latest research in the Neuro-plasticity and 33 years of psychotherapeutic experience to offer individuals and couples their own unique personal journey.
