Trauma and the everyday stress of living in a culture that is always “on” can interfere with our regulation and relationships. Attentiveness and awareness are very difficult to practice when our internal world is screaming. Unfinished business comes up when we quiet ourselves without numbing. Acknowledging you might need the support of a therapist can be the best first step toward caring for your soul. My desire is to offer a safe space that welcomes all nervous systems, personal experiences and holds a range of spiritual life from exploration to deconstruction. Together we will co- create a journey toward resting in safety and healing in love.

Linda is currently working through her practicum hours for MFT licensure. While she is newer to the licensure process she has been practicing SE since 2017 and is a current assistant approved to offer sessions for students at the beginning and Intermediate level.

In addition to being an SEP Linda is trained in contemplative spiritual direction and enjoys the intersection where our spiritual life meets our nervous system. Linda enjoys teaching trauma concepts in everyday language to practitioners, students and clients and often speaks to groups in helping modalities.
