Lisa Cefalu is a trauma informed Mind-Body Practitioner and the founder for The Center For Integrated Healing in private practice since 2004 specializing in treating the root causes of trauma (PTSD/PTS), anxiety, depression, addictions, transgenerational family trauma, early childhood attachment wounds, and the development of spiritual consciousness and self empowerment.

Lisa has studied with the top medical professionals, neuroscientists, conventional and holistic therapists and is trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities allowing you to heal your mind at the conscious and subconscious levels, and heal your body through somatic based therapies. She uses a diverse combination of therapies such as Somatic Experiencing (SE™), Somatic Touch Skills Therapy (TST), Brainspotting, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Family Constellation Therapy, Mindfulness, and  Transformational Breathwork.​

​Lisa completed her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training through  Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing® three-year training program and has expanded  her work through Kathy Kain’s Touch Skills  Therapy which is very effective for  early childhood traumas.

She is also, multi-certified in Family Constellation Therapy based on the work of Bert Hellinger, which addresses inherited family and ancestral patterns and issues passed down through our Epigenetics and familial patterns.

For those wishing to expand their spiritual awareness Lisa brings a lens of Transpersonal Spiritual therapy into her practice from her Buddhist and spiritual studies.
