About Me

I have been working creatively with clients of all ages for more than 25 years. My own health challenges as a child led me to explore many unique healing methods and deepen my understanding of the body–mind connection. This lifelong curiosity has inspired me to think “outside the box,” cultivating an integrative, compassionate approach that supports growth, improvement in movement without pain, emotional regulation, and resilience—helping clients reconnect with their capacity for well-being and vitality.

In addition to my licensure in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L), I am a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® (GCFP) and a Certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP)—a body-oriented approach to nervous system regulation and trauma resolution developed by Dr. Peter Levine. My work integrates principles of sensory processing, developmental movement, and somatic awareness to help people move without pain, release tension, and restore resilience from emotional pain. By supporting the body’s natural intelligence and the nervous system’s innate capacity for regulation, I help clients rediscover balance, coordination, and a deeper sense of embodied ease.

I also hold certifications and advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy, Sensory Integration (SIPT), Masgutova Neuro-sensorimotor Reflex Integration® (MNRI), The Sounder Sleep System®, Integrative Nutrition® (IAHC), and Mindfulness-based approaches. This unique blend of training allows me to weave neurosensory regulation, movement re-education, and restorative bodywork into a cohesive therapeutic experience—supporting the nervous system’s natural capacity for healing, adaptability, and presence.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring nature, digging in the dirt, experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with family and friends, engaging in movement practices, meditation, and traveling whenever I get the chance. In my previous life, I also served as a doula, accompanying families through the profound transitions of birth and early development.
