Lourdes M. Billingsley

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and counselor with a Master’s in Psychology, my mission is to help you free yourself from the disempowering effects of past experiences that live deep in the nervous system. My work integrates 27 years of counseling with somatic healing and intuitive/energetic modalities, offering an approach that meets the whole person — emotionally, physically, and energetically.

In addition to my private practice, I serve as an assistant in Somatic Experiencing trainings, which allows me to stay current, deepen my skills, and work closely with SE faculty. I also lead workshops that teach participants how to apply SE principles for their own healing and growth.

I believe we can only guide others to the extent that we have walked the path ourselves. My own 38-year personal healing journey informs the compassion, humility, and trust I bring to each session — and helps me hold space for clients as they rediscover their capacity to heal and restore balance.
